An authentic French experience. All the employees are French, or have lived there for a long time. The dishes are true bistrot fare, with an emphasis on reductions rather than butter-laden sauces. Hearty meats, delicate fish. Desserts OK (not a big dessert person). Wines are outstanding, unusual, and at reasonable price points...try Denis' reds from Languedoc and the Côte d'Azur.
